The phenomenon of inadequate understanding of literary text by students

Abstract: In the article inadequate understanding of a literary text is considered as a factor that prevents the reader dialogue with the artwork and as a violation of the conditions of reception. The author outlines the ways of study of literary works at school that can help to solve this problem.
